Haul-IT Consultancy is a fully qualified transport management company for national and international road haulage.
We have a limited number of clients to ensure that a personal and adequate service is maintained and an intimate knowledge of our clients fleet.

We are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for guidance and emergencies offering peace of mind to our clients. We schedule weekly onsite visits commensurate with size of fleet and time needed to ensure the implementation of the following services to and beyond the standards required by law.

• Setting up and maintenance of operators licenses for hauliers.
• On site help with initial license application procedure.
• Maintaining an adequate vehicle maintenance programme as required by law, periodic Inspection scheduling, ensuring a daily "Vehicle Defect" procedure is in place to be conducted by drivers and actioned upon where defects are noted.
• Ensuring vehicles are MOT'ed, tacho calibration schedules maintained.
• Implementing and maintaining a "Driver Infringement System" informing drivers of any breeches of the law with regard to their driving hours, daily breaks, weekly rest periods, fortnightly driving hours and tacho infringements.
• Overseeing and implementation of "Working Time Directive".
• Setting up and maintaining a tacho checking and filing system to comply with the relevant laws pertaining to these.
  

"As the CPC Holder/Transport Manager is legally responsible for the Operators License which he or she runs it is not sufficient to be a faceless name on a certificate, it is essential that the Transport Manager is an active and present part of the team ensuring the Operators license meets and exceeds the standards set by law".
